Francesco, the owner, was polite and helpful, and he makes his own olive oil from the trees on the estate. The hilltop setting has a great view, and the flats are spacious, very clean, and have well-equipped kitchens. The chef welcomed us warmly and talked us through each course with real passion. The individually prepared course menu uses fresh, high-quality regional products, and it was fabulous. If you stay here, you really should try the food. We'd recommend the estate to anyone visiting Tuscany!

A lovely place to slow down and enjoy the natural surroundings. The owners are very nice, and the building, grounds, and views are all amazing. You can buy homemade wine and olive oil, and if you're lucky, you might even see them being made. It's close to Florence, and a walk to the nearby villages lets you get a feel for real Tuscany and buy local fruit and baked goods. We had a fantastic stay for a few days, and could happily have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed visiting this beautiful place and hope to return someday. Highly recommended!

Set among olive groves, with lovely views and a well-kept shared pool. The parking is shaded, and the service is friendly. Our apartment was simple and clean, with the essentials, though there was no dishwasher, toaster, or microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The shower felt a bit small, but had plenty of water and drained perfectly. We'd happily come back.
