The team made our stay at Podere Castellare feel effortless. Alice, Giada, and Azzurra at the front desk were patient, warm, and quick to help, with thoughtful recommendations and a knack for anticipating what we needed. Eva, the owner’s granddaughter, also checked in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Another Eva cared for the rooms, which were fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The food was a highlight from morning to night. Claudia and Lucrecia brought so much warmth to breakfast and lunch, both homemade and delicious. At dinner, Valbona’s fresh dishes made with local ingredients were wonderful, and we tried everything on the menu. Ana looked after the service with such grace and attention, making each meal feel special. The setting is beautiful, with Tuscan hills, vineyards, and olive groves stretching into the distance. The farm itself feels cared for and full of character. Podere Castellare was a little piece of paradise, and its people made the place unforgettable.

The meals were a real highlight, fresh, delicious, and carefully made. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and we felt right at home. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always friendly and ready to help. Such a lovely place to relax. We’ll definitely return!

Alice sets a lovely tone at the hotel. She may be the most alluring manager in Tuscany, and she makes you feel like a guest in her own home while keeping things relaxed and professional. All the staff were friendly. We had a delightful three-night escape in the Tuscan countryside, with peace and quiet, great views, and a lovely pool.

The pool, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, and calm atmosphere made for a relaxing stay for the whole family. We spent two days at Podere Castellare and loved it. The surroundings are stunning, and the hotel is every bit as beautiful as the website photos suggest, maybe even more so. It was a perfect place to unwind, and we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed for three nights and had a great time as a family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, and the food was very good at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service was attentive, even the music was just right, and the whole place had a great feel. I’d highly recommend it for a getaway.
