The lake view isn’t from the rooms, but a short walk down the road opens up a spectacular panorama. The path is steep on the way down and back, though still enjoyable. Inside, our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Alessandra and Gabriel were warm, gracious hosts, happy to serve a generous breakfast in whatever language we preferred. They were easy to reach and flexible about check-in and check-out. A friend had recommended this BnB, and the good reviews turned out to be deserved. The only snag was the thin walls: one morning we woke to the child in the next room. It was easy to forgive with everything else going so well.

The hosts looked after us so well. The place was very clean, and breakfast was great. Steps down to the lower town start right outside the door. There’s an ATM next door, and the local shops seem to have everything. In the afternoon, locals gather outside one shop to play cards. A very good restaurant down the road opens on weekends.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with breads, cereal, juice, eggs, cheese, and traditional Italian coffee in a lovely dining room. Our room was large and everything was very clean. Gabriel gave us a big welcome and shared tips on what to see around Lago di O'rta. It’s a cozy B&B run by a super friendly family, and we’d definitely recommend it.

We only had one night here, which was a shame. Alessandra and Gabriel are delightful, and the breakfast is delicious. The room and location were top notch, with Pella making it easy to reach Orta and the other places nearby. Highly recommended.
