Vista d'oro Deluxe

In September 2017, I paid 450EUR for three nights in a second-floor apartment, Vista d'oro ulivo apt. 11, and found a living scorpion in the shower. After I notified the management company, they sent cleaners into the apartment but refused to move us to another one unless we paid for it ourselves. They were friendly and gave us lots of information about places to visit, but when we needed help most, the customer service was awful. They never tried to find a solution, reduce the price, refund us, or relocate us. All they did was put poison in the drain. If you love bugs, this is your chance!
