I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There was no Wi-Fi, and the rooms were dirty, including the beach towels, bed runners, and shower tray. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. The farmhouse feels stuck in the Stone Age, yet we paid 90.00 euros a night for two people. Booking, TripAdvisor, and the municipality of Perugia should check it. The listed features are misleading. Terrible.

The owner has always been available whenever we’ve asked for something. I’ve stayed in all four rooms over the more than ten years I’ve been coming here, around six or seven visits in total. The bathrooms stand out for their designer soaps and creams and fresh, fragrant towels. Each room has its own character, mixing farmhouse style with modern touches like a latest-generation Smart TV and ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi. It’s quiet, with no noise at night, and well placed for getting to nearby towns.

A short, pleasant stay in the green hills around Perugia. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple and informal with homemade desserts, and the atmosphere felt family-run.
