Eva was wonderful, and we loved staying here. Pearl apartment is right in the middle of everything and had all we needed, even an iron and ironing board, plus a Nespresso machine. There's also a lovely little terrace with a view.

The apartment has a lovely view and a pleasant feel, right in central Perugia beside the fountain. There are several apartments, so the photos don't always match exactly. The elevator moves extremely slowly out of respect for the excavations below, and is practically unusable. Still, the five flights of stairs are worth it.

Eva and her mother were lovely and helpful. I spent a week in this welcoming home, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed, right in the center with a beautiful view. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in Perugia for work or pleasure! Simona

They call it a mini resort, but it's a room rental. They advertise the nicest accommodation, and obviously charge you what you want.
