What stood out to me was how kind and helpful the owners were. They were always ready with ideas for places to see and made us feel very looked after. The peaceful setting and handy position made it easy to visit Perugia and Umbria's lovely villages. At Residenze L’Uncinaia Holiday House, the apartments were spacious, spotless, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. The property is carefully kept, welcoming, and has a relaxing, homely feel. I'd happily return, and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, rest, and a warm welcome.

I really enjoyed the walk along the Tiber, just about sixty meters from the residences. It was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were lovely and gave useful tips for getting around, and were quick to help when I called late because the shower was cold. I'd accidentally switched off the boiler, but the lady patiently figured it out with me and we fixed it. My apartment was quiet, roomy, welcoming, and well cared for. It had a characterful, classic look, with a bedroom, a sort of living room, a fully equipped and practical kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. It's a great place to unwind. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area, maybe with friends next time. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

The owners were friendly, attentive, and always around if needed. The apartment was new and comfortable, with a great mattress, a pleasant bathroom, and nice furnishings. It was a shame that I couldn't use the bathroom in a wheelchair. The apartment was spotless and tidy, but the free parking space in the courtyard wasn't accessible to me either.
