The host was great, and the place was super clean. It's close to the center.

The city was beautiful, and the place was perfectly clean, but the stay itself was uncomfortable. We were there for one night in transit on July 13. There were two adults and three children, and the owner first tried to rent us a small downstairs house in the basement. It had a garden and wasn't bad, but it didn't work well for us. After a while he changed our apartment to a bigger one, though he asked us not to use one of the rooms or the sheets. We made do with the double bed and sofa, but it was a bit uncomfortable. The view was nice, though it was very noisy. The sheets and towels were very old and mismatched. There was no parking, and paid parking was €17 a day, which didn't seem worth it.

We booked for a weekend during Eurochocolate in Perugia and got a very warm welcome. The property is clean, comfortable, and has free WiFi. It's just a few steps from the escalators to the center and the bus terminal. We'd definitely come back.
