The lady was always smiling at breakfast and kept my three kids happy with homemade cakes and cookies, even with their huge appetites. She also let us stay in the room well beyond our scheduled checkout. This place feels more like a B&B in a magnificent farmhouse than an agriturismo, and dozens of cats bring life to the beautiful village just outside Perugia. We should come back in spring. A hug and a cuddle for Curiosino and Giocherellona, the cats my kids have adopted as playmates!

It felt like a family place. Our room was warm, lovely, and laid out really well, with a new bathroom. Breakfast was good and homemade.

THE PLACE IS A ROOM RENTAL, NOT A FARMHOUSE. It was very dirty and the surroundings felt desolate. Check-in was nonexistent. We had paid in advance for two nights but stayed only one. Never again.

The old mill and the stream nearby feel like they're from another time. Lino and his mother are kind.

The beds are comfortable, and breakfast tastes good.
