We arrived late at Perugia airport and stayed just one night. The place was very clean and tidy, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again in the same sort of situation.

Really nice people run the place. The room was clean, and there’s parking.

The house felt welcoming and was clean, with all the comforts you need. There’s indoor parking, and it’s well placed for driving to Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, and the nearby towns.

The manager is so kind and helpful, and the rooms are roomy, clean, and welcoming. Whenever I need to come to Perugia, my husband, our baby, and I stay here. I highly recommend it.

The owners were discreet, genuinely kind, and ready to help with anything. We only get one night here, unfortunately, but the place is clean, well cared for, and has everything, even a hairdryer, washing machine, and a crib and high chair for little ones. It's handy for getting to both Assisi and Perugia, with amenities nearby. Families can prepare their own meals and feel at home.
