6/10
The hotel's location was great, right at the edge of the old town and just 10 to 15 minutes from a large parking lot. The room had been recently renovated, was clean and well equipped, and had a spacious shower. Our welcome, though, was poor. The man at reception came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, almost rude. We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our dog, and few places allowed pets. The extra €80 felt unreasonable since it included nothing, not even a water bowl. Guests are responsible for damage their pets cause anyway, and the fee doesn't cover it. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the sheets didn't breathe. We got too hot because the air conditioning didn't cool the room to our set temperature. The lights also behaved strangely, switching themselves on and off. We stayed one night, from Sunday to Monday.

The location was incredibly good, and the room was spacious. It's newly renovated, and the staff were extremely helpful. We loved our stay at the Rosetta Hotel and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was very tasty and generous, and the team did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Eleni deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. This was an excellent base for exploring Perugia and Umbria. Parking is at the Partigiani Saba parking lot, about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, and you pay there. You can pull up near the hotel to unload. Thank you!

For a one night stay with a car, parking was a long walk away, about 500 m, and cost around €20 per night. There was no valet service. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the room was okay but overpriced for what you get.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had nice views, with comfortable beds and linen. The location is excellent, and the staff were fantastic. CORRADO ROSSI gave us a warm welcome and helped a lot with suggestions for restaurants and places to see in the city and nearby. The best Hotel in Perugia, and still my one choice whenever I'm there!
