Agriturismo Villalta

We picked this farmhouse for the April 25th long weekend because it could fit all 14 of us, four families, and it was close to Perugia and the surrounding area. There was room for everyone, from couples to larger families, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We could all eat breakfast and dinner together in one apartment, and the breakfast pantry was more than generous. The view is beautiful too. Luciana and Franco were very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely return for another holiday in the area.

It feels like home here. The owners are always available if needed but never intrusive, and breakfast each morning includes fresh pastries. The outside is tidy and clean, and inside the accommodations are new, exceptionally clean, and impressively spacious. As a base for day trips it works really well. Definitely worth visiting with family or friends. If this place were called a hotel, I’d give it four stars.

A few minutes by car from Perugia, the property looks out over the valley. The family running it are wonderfully kind and welcoming, and they make you feel at home. Breakfast is top-notch. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent five nights in a roomy apartment with every comfort, and it was spotless, just like all the common areas. Mrs. Luciana and Mr. Franco were attentive and went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. The farmhouse is peaceful and has a lovely view, while still making it easy to reach different destinations around Umbria. Agriturismo Villalta is a fantastic place with exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely return, highly recommended!
