Palazzo Di Bagnaia

Karin made us feel at home and was always ready with local suggestions. Antonio, the groundskeeper, also went out of his way to help with last-minute wedding details. We spent a few days with family on either side of our wedding at Palazzo di Bagnaia, and it was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the palace, country loft, and farmhouse each felt like a private little haven. For the reception, the gardens and rustic Umbrian views made a gorgeous backdrop. It’s a truly special spot in a stunning part of Umbria, and I can’t recommend it enough as a wedding venue or somewhere to stay.

The rooms were clean, and I slept well in a really comfortable bed. My friends got married here, and the whole experience was unforgettable. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. This place is beautiful.

A handy base for visiting Umbria, and very close to Perugia!

The fountains at the villa are lovely, and the whole green setting has a real elegance to it. I attended a wedding here in July and especially loved the park ceremony, with the altar in the middle and tables beneath the villa lit by soft, romantic lights. The catering was spectacular and made us feel like royalty. This is a charming 17th-century country residence in the quiet village of Bagnaia, a few kilometers from Perugia. Congratulations to the people who look after it.
