The breakfast was great, and being surrounded by nature was lovely. The hydromassage was a real treat, and Francesca e Lamberto gave us useful directions and help. Perugia is close, and there's plenty more to see nearby. We only stayed a couple of days, and choosing this place at random turned out brilliantly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had to take the smaller room because it was the only one left, but it still had enough space to move around. Francesca e Lamberto are kind, attentive, and clearly make a real effort to keep guests happy. If you're looking for somewhere in the Perugia area, book here. You'll be very satisfied.

Such a lovely, peaceful place. The rooms are clean and breakfast is fresh and complete. There's no air conditioning, but we didn't need it, just left the windows open overnight. With a car or motorcycle, Perugia is about 10 minutes away.

Lamberto and Francesca made us feel right at home during a wonderful weekend in Umbria with our four-month-old baby. The place is charming and peaceful, with lovely hill views. We fell for it as soon as we arrived. Our room was fresh and clean, and breakfast was served with care and attention to every detail. We'll definitely come back!

A quiet spot to unwind, with a lovely view of Perugia. Francesca and Lamberto welcomed us warmly and really looked after us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and daily housekeeping was available. Breakfast was prepared with care and included local produce, some of it straight from their own farm. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful place to relax.

We loved the view over Perugia and the surrounding hills, especially at breakfast, which was generous and thoughtfully prepared. The house is beautiful, and our room was charming and spotless. Francesca and Lamberto were so kind and friendly throughout our two-night stay. We had a wonderful time, and if we're back in the area, we'd definitely stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to them for having us in their home. We can't wait to return!
