Such nice people. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are on the small side but clean and good. The location is okay. It’s near the highway and a railway, though neither makes a lot of noise.

Ai Prati turned out to be a beautiful place as well as a great base for visiting Perugia and the surrounding area. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with wide open spaces that make it easy for families to relax safely. The owners were kind and shared useful tips on what to see. Great value!

At Agriturismo Ai Prati, we woke up to quiet and greenery while still being only minutes from central Perugia. The property is lovingly kept and feels closely connected to Umbria. Our stay felt like being at home in the countryside. Everything was impeccably clean, breakfast was wholesome, and the welcome was so warm it’ll stay with us. We can’t wait to return!

The owners were always kind and ready to help, and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very large shower. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, and the pool is lovely too. Highly recommended.
