The room was clean, but noise was a real problem. We could clearly hear every toilet flush and shower. It also felt too hot, but opening the window meant road noise. There was free tea and coffee. Reaching the host was very difficult: we called more than 10x and emailed to say when we were coming.

We were five in the family and rented the apartment. It was clean and well organized from the moment we arrived, and very close to the center. Breakfast was excellent, and for the price I was very satisfied with the stay. I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

Booking Casa Perugina was easy, and staying there was pleasant. The owners handled everything professionally. It's newly opened, so everything is clean, new, and working properly. There's just one bathroom, but it was always clean and sanitized, perhaps partly because the other guests were considerate. Ponte San Giovanni is close to everything, so the location is strategic. Thanks, and well done!

We had a really good weekend in this apartment, just steps from Perugia. I stayed with three friends, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful too. Highly recommend it.

The parking is convenient, though the place is outside Perugia. I found the price a little steep for the service compared with the average. The bed and pillows were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 😑😑😑, and the bathroom wasn't well kept, with miffa stains.
