We felt truly pampered here. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel welcome, with sweets and pastries for breakfast, coffee capsules, tea, milk, fruit juices, and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Everything was meticulously clean. It’s a detached house with five beds: two double bedrooms and one single. The kitchen is nice and has everything needed for cooking. There’s a large fenced garden with a playground for children and adults, and it’s a lovely spot for stargazing when the weather allows. The house is 750 meters from the main road; the last stretch is a bit bumpy, but the location is worth it. Follow the directions to find it.

This was our second stay at this lovely farmhouse in the Perugia hills. The park is beautifully maintained and the view is breathtaking. It’s peaceful without feeling isolated, and the owners live nearby, ready to help but never intrusive. A large supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops are three kilometers away. Mrs. Elsa kindly left water, fruit juice, savory snacks, and biscuits in the pantry. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and you can eat on the panoramic veranda or in the cozy dining area. The house is spotless and tastefully furnished, with plenty of fine linens for the bed, bath, and kitchen. The bathroom has a window, a large shower, and a whirlpool tub. There are three televisions and excellent Wi-Fi inside, plus two reserved covered parking spaces in the fenced park. A beautiful place with a lot of positive energy, where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy the owners’ family’s hospitality and kindness. Thank you, see you soon! Paola and Luca

Luisa is an extraordinary host, so kind, helpful, attentive, and caring. It’s clear she loves what she does. The house is a real gem in beautiful natural surroundings, with a lovely outdoor area, tasteful furnishings, and a beautifully kept garden. Everything is meticulously maintained and impeccably clean. Mantignana and the highway are just a few kilometers away, and the highway gets you to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno in about 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

The only letdown was having just a few nights here. We had a five-star stay, and the owners deserve special praise for their kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness. Every detail was thought through, and we got some pleasant surprises too. You can tell they care about their work and their homeland. The veranda is a lovely place to unwind among the olive trees and woods. Outside there’s a large garden with loungers, children’s games, a badminton table, a foosball table, tables and chairs, and a charming pool. The house itself is recently renovated, as is the bathroom, which has both a shower and a tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Heating comes from air conditioning in every room and a pellet stove, and the air conditioning also provides cool air in summer. The combined dining and living room feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The rural look doesn’t mean it lacks modern amenities: there’s Wi-Fi and even a burglar alarm.
