The breakfast was generous, international, and good quality. Staff were very kind, helpful, discreet and attentive. There are lots of free services, including parking on site, laundry and a swimming pool. Everything was neat and clean, from the bathroom to the garden, and all the facilities are really beautiful and well maintained. The location is fantastic and handy for visiting Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia. A truly wonderful experience, thank you. Five stars without a doubt!

That hillside view really is breathtaking. We were 17 people spread across five apartments, and the place made it easy to spend New Year's Eve together. Sergio and his partner kindly let us arrange barbecues and outings, and even sent us off with snacks for the road. The welcome was warm, everything was very clean, and breakfast was excellent. It felt like the perfect spot for a holiday in Umbria. Thank you from the heart 💓

Emanuela and Sergio looked after us so well, and made a fuss of our dog Desy too. They even put together a little breakfast dish just for her. We stayed six days in this lovely farmhouse hamlet, which has several properties to suit different needs. It's a great base for exploring Umbria, and the hosts were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I've stayed at this farmhouse more than once, and I hope to be back soon. Monica is so kind and always smiling. The place is lovely and spotless, and breakfast is a great start before heading out to the nearby villages, with homemade cakes, croissants, and warm bread.
