Small rooms, an annoying noisy neighborhood, and staff who came across as arrogant. I wouldn't recommend this place. Don't go.

The owners were so friendly and made us feel at home with their warm, genuine hospitality. The hotel is quiet and welcoming, and it's handy for getting off the highway. Good value for the money.

The owners are really nice, and the hotel is convenient for the motorway. From the outside it looks good, but the rooms are a little run down. Breakfast was very poor for the price, which is a shame.

The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with soap, shower gel, and a shower cap provided. The rooms are thoughtfully put together down to little touches, like quilts that match the bedside lamp patterns. There's a refrigerator in the room, and the staff are helpful but discreet. The parking is spacious and convenient, with a quieter rear entrance leading straight to the elevator. Rooms are very warm in winter and cool in summer. It's a very nice hotel, especially handy for the Perugia ring road. Highly recommended.
