It was peaceful and really clean, and the local feel was nice. The center is close enough to reach easily, and everyone working there was warm and ready to help. I'd happily come back.

I really enjoyed this little no-frills hotel. The staff were kind, and the room was kept clean and in good shape. There’s no restaurant, but there is a small bar and patio; coffee and a croissant cost 3 euros, and instant coffee is also provided in the room. The hotel sits uphill from the square and the main part of town, though the area has plenty of routes going up and down. I booked directly and canceled my third-party reservation, which saved money and got me a room with a scenic balcony. That view was incredible, and having a private balcony made a big difference to my stay.

A short walk gets you to the city center, and the location worked well. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and looked after. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The hosts, a father and son, were wonderful, and the hotel is right in the heart of Perugia. It’s spotless and comfortable, with plenty of charm. There’s a little patio where you can have breakfast. Highly recommended.

From the small patio-like alley and sloping street outside to the lovely views of Umbria, the setting has a lot going for it. The hotel is comfortable and clean, with tidy rooms and a lift for getting to them. It’s well placed for exploring the town center, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
