The room was very clean, and the bathroom was comfortable. Towels and wraps were clean too. One evening, the staff warned me there might be an issue with the ventilation system and brought a fan for the room. The men and women working there were warm, gentle, and very polite.

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was great. The couple who own the place are really nice. It's very well located near the center, and close to the escalators if you park at la cuppa for 1,8 euros.

It wasn't too bad, but the hot summer made the stay harder since the rooms don't have A/C.

The owners were the best part, very friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely stay again on our next visit to Perugia. We spent 3nights there last June. The hotel is right in the heart of Perugia, with very clean rooms and a nice, generous breakfast.

The room gets very hot in summer because there's no air conditioning.
