We booked an apartment and had a really bad experience. It was off a corridor in a building under construction, with Italian workers shouting and hammering from 8 am to 6 pm. The fresh cement smell was unbearable, and dust was all over the apartment. The apartment itself was fine and had good Wi-Fi, though there was no courtesy water. It’s close to the train stations and a supermarket, but I’d only recommend it as a last option, or if you want to feel like a bricklayer. Maybe things would be different once the building is finished, unlike in January 2023.

There’s private underground parking and elevators in the building, and our apartment was clean, though not the newest. The walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbors and it got pretty noisy. Still, we had a nice stay.

A great place to stay in Perugia, close to the central station.

We’ll definitely stay in the apartment again on our next visit to Perugia. It was spotless, and the host was very kind and attentive.

The location was really convenient, which makes it a shame the stay was so bad. We only spent one night there after a long journey, but the room reeked of smoke and even our clothes in the bags picked up the smell. The place also looked nothing like the photos. There are different types of rooms, and we got the worst one, which wasn't shown in the pictures. It was filthy, with dust that looked like it hadn't been dealt with in years, a black toilet, and mold in the shower. We won't be staying there again.
