The house is quiet, well maintained, and clean, with a nice collection of antique furniture. Mr. Marco is kind to his guests. His B&B sits in central Perugia, and the spacious home has gas, water, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and wi-fi. My room had its own attached bathroom, plus a lovely town view and plenty of sunlight. Good value for money.

The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The room’s a classic, fairly spacious option that’s very good value, and you can reach Perugia’s historic downtown in just a two-minute walk.

A spacious, sunny room with a private bathroom inside, and the landlord was kind and warmly welcoming. The location is very central, just a minute from the main piazza. Strongly recommended.

I was there June 8-11 and had no complaints. The owner was helpful and very kind, the breakfast was generous with plenty of variety, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It’s also well placed for reaching the city center. Highly recommend. Anna.

A friend pointed me to this B&B, and I felt at ease right away. The hosts are welcoming and have useful tips for getting around. It’s tucked into a quiet, great spot in Perugia’s historic center, with attractions, food, drinks, and shops all just a short walk away. I loved the view from my room too. A B&B I’d gladly recommend.
