I found a room just the day before, at the very last minute, and was so glad I did. It felt more like a hotel room, with all the amenities I needed and then some. The decor was simple but tasteful, and the room was really comfortable. They also provided plenty of the things I usually worry might run out, like toilet paper, coffee pods, and tea. The shower was amazing, and there was a great hairdryer, especially useful for curly hair. The service made the stay. Dario in particular was a wonderful host, quick to reply and always happy to go above and beyond. He gave me recommendations before and during the trip, checked in afterward, and even met me at check-in. We ended up chatting about my travels and life in general. You can tell these guys care about their properties, their guests, and Perugia. Bravi raggazzi! If I, my clients, family, or friends head your way again, I know where to stay. Grazie di nuovo!

The self-check-in was easy, and I loved how warm and well insulated the place stayed, even on cold Umbrian nights. Everything inside seemed carefully chosen and high quality, from the hair dryer and kettle to the mugs and pillows. It's right in the middle of everything good, quiet, and eco, with incredibly kind hosts and the best value I've found in Italy. After dozens of lousy hotels, I finally found a cozy, clean, peaceful roof in Perugia. I've stayed here so many times and can't believe I hadn't found it before, though I guess it's often booked up. Can't wait to come back on my next trip. Recommended 100%!

We slept really well on the soft bed, and there was hardly any noise. The neighborhood was quiet, with attractions nearby. Staff were helpful and gave us good advice. Highly recommended!
