Really handy location, and the staff were great and helpful. A great place.

It was okay.

The location made getting around easy, with convenient access to the highway and Perugia’s city center. Even though it’s close to the train station, the area was quiet and we slept undisturbed. Our host welcomed us warmly and was very kind. The apartment felt inviting, with a lovely outdoor area full of plants and flowers. Inside, everything was clean and thoughtfully furnished, with a personal touch from the host. We also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom were. It was a short stay, but an extremely pleasant one. We’d happily recommend her and keep her in mind for another trip to Perugia.

Getting to the historic center was easy. A shuttle stops just a few steps away, runs all day until about 8 pm, and takes only a few minutes. The neighborhood seemed very quiet, and nobody disturbed us during our perfect stay. The owner was kind and very helpful. There’s a choice of private paid parking or free parking nearby. The rooms are beautiful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I slept on the bed with the firmer mattress and found it super comfortable; the other mattress was softer. The duvets were clean and smelled fresh, which isn’t always the case at properties that change the sheets but apparently leave the bedspreads. The spacious, clean shower and bathroom had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. I recommend staying here, and I’d definitely choose it if I return to Perugia.
