The pool was fantastic, and Nadia made us an amazing breakfast. The rooms were lovely too.

The owners were quick to reply and very flexible and helpful. They gave us a great suggestion for visiting Assisi. For a smoother check-in, I'd message them on WhatsApp with your number and location before you arrive. The place was spotless and carefully maintained, though it sits beside a busy, somewhat noisy road. We couldn't use the air conditioning during our stay, and there were no mosquito nets. The owners said the AC units were due to be serviced and switched on the week after we left. Kitchen use would have cost an extra 25€, but we cleaned it back to its check-in condition and avoided the fee. The fridge had sodas and beers stocked as paid minibar items.

Breakfast was the big surprise: generous, served right in the apartment, with sweet and savory options. GRANDMA'S CAKE IS SUPERB 😋😋 We only spent one night, booked through Smartbox, but the welcome and hospitality made it feel special. The apartment was super clean, and the peaceful green setting was perfect for a break from the crowds. It's an elegant farmhouse, well placed for visiting Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. Thanks for everything, Andrea and Nadia.
