Damiano’s father really looked after us. We had a problem with the buses, and he went out of his way to drive us to Assisi, which made the trip more memorable. The hosts here are genuinely kind, and I can’t recommend the place enough. Staying here also gave us a great taste of authentic Italy. The location is great.

We'd just left and already wanted to come back. Ada and her family are such special people. They welcomed us late at night and were incredibly helpful, even bringing a refrigerator straight to our room when we asked for somewhere to keep our baby's milk. The location makes it easy to get to Perugia and Assisi, while still giving you a peaceful break from the city's bustle. Breakfast is served outside and made with authentic, quality products. The pool is kept immaculate, a real plus on hot summer days. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the sheets and towels smelled wonderful. See you soon!

The quiet location and pool made this a great base for seeing Perugia, Assisi, and the Umbrian villages with historical and religious interest. Eraldo and Ada were so kind and helpful, and we're definitely coming back.

The welcome was warm, and both the location and pool are good. The grounds are run down, with tools left around and little attention to detail. There's no air conditioning in the room. It was fine for one night, especially at the low price.
