The quiet, out-of-the-way location suited us. Still, with the shops so far off, it would've been helpful to have a bottle of water and a couple of coffee pods as well as the vending machine. For two days there was a damp smell, and on June 29th both the towels and sheets felt soaked with moisture. I hate to think what it'd be like in winter. Then there was the extra charge for air conditioning, which was the cherry on top.

We had a private terrace with BBQ facilities, and the duplex had all the comforts of home. It was a peaceful spot to unwind, only a few kilometers from Assisi, Bastia Umbra, and Perugia.

Quiet, cool, and clean, with a lovely little garden. Even with two small kids, we spent two nights without a problem. We could drive right up to the entrance to unload our bags.

The staff were professional, dependable, kind, and ready to help. Real professionalism throughout.
