The owner's care for the property really comes through in the warm welcome. We felt at home in a comfortable, elegant room, and the setting was peaceful. It's also just steps from many of Umbria's most beautiful sites. Thanks so much, we'll be back.

We spent August 9th to 11th here with friends and came away enchanted. Staying in a 500-year-old farmhouse made the trip special, and the whole visit was wonderful. The 16th-century building is beautifully preserved and maintained, with the comforts you need, and sits within easy reach of Perugia, Assisi, Deruta, and other places. The garden was lovely and well kept, and the cleanliness was faultless. Breakfast was generous, with lots of delicious homemade food. The woman in charge was so helpful and took care of everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the owner and her son clearly love their work. They even gave us excellent tips on where to eat. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing break with beautiful places to explore.

The three days I booked turned into much more than a place to sleep. I'd picked it for its location and liked the name, and had seen a few photos, but they didn't prepare me for arriving at a remarkable medieval village above the valleys. There were flowers, greenery, birds, lovely scents, and an unusual sense of quiet. A distinguished lady welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. We came through an old double wooden doorway into the village courtyard, then went up a side staircase to the first floor. It felt like stepping into another time, with the place lovingly kept close to its original, almost storybook condition. The furniture, bedding, and amenities were just as my mother had described, and we slept beautifully. Thanks for the lovely conversations. Please keep that spirit. It was an experience, not simply a stay.

The breakfasts were made fresh, generous, and delicious, and housekeeping was impeccable. This beautiful B&B occupies an old residence that feels suspended in time, with breathtaking views. It's also a great base for exploring Perugia province and the surrounding area.
