My husband and I stayed five nights, and left feeling like friends rather than strangers. Alessia was a welcoming host who made the visit memorable, always ready to help and never making anything feel like trouble. The accommodation was spotless, with a quirky charm, a comfortable room and bed, and all the facilities we needed. She'd thought of everything and then some. Breakfast was lovely: homemade cake, Italian meats, cheeses, local bread, and great coffee. We could use the kitchen to make drinks, and there were extra snacks and cakes too. Alessia's suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit were spot on. She knows so much, and her family's home has been passed down for generations. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the historic sights. Perugia is beautiful, and we look forward to returning. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Breakfast was served by Alessia whenever you wanted, which was lovely. I stayed for a month while attending the Università per Stranieri, and the walk to class was only about 100 meters. The city center is roughly 300 meters away, with loads of great restaurants nearby. The B&B is in a medieval building that's been in the family for generations, and Alessia and Enrico were incredibly thoughtful, gracious hosts. Ottimo!

Parking is included in the price, which is a real bonus in Perugia. My purple room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely, unusual style. Alessia and Enrico were so kind and ready to help with anything. They even let me bring my dog and looked after her themselves. From the room there are views of the University and the Arch. A place I'd definitely recommend trying.
