The outdoor space was a favorite, with room for the kids to play and quiet corners where the adults could take in the views. We spent two weeks at the villa and had leisurely meals on the terrace, visited nearby towns, and relaxed by the pool. Rolando was kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He arranged a private chef for a birthday dinner and lovely massages from Lisa, and even sent over cream buns partway through our stay. Inside, the villa worked well for our family and larger group. The kitchen was well kept, and the living areas and bedrooms were comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a lovely setting among rolling hills and olive groves, with that warm golden Italian light. The whole stay had a good mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home, and would highly recommend it to families or anyone wanting to unwind somewhere special.

We were a group of three couples and spent a week here in July. The farmhouse exceeded what we’d hoped for, and the online photos don’t quite show how lovely it is. The Umbrian countryside views are stunning, especially from beside the pool. There’s plenty of space and privacy, with six bedrooms, three en suite bathrooms, and a family bathroom. The shared rooms are inviting, and Rolando’s wife Monique has a great eye for interior design. We enjoyed cooking and eating outdoors, especially around the BBQ area, and had fun with the new table tennis table. The house blends rustic character with modern comfort, and the details feel carefully considered. It’s an easy drive from the airport and from a number of charming historic towns. Rolando suggested some gorgeous local restaurants and other things to see and do. This renovated farmhouse is a peaceful, luxurious base for friends or a family gathering. We’d love to come back.

The house feels wonderfully secluded, though the nearest supermarket is only ten minutes away. Rolando was easy to reach, helpful, and knew the area really well. We had everything we needed and more, with plenty of outdoor spots in both sun and shade. Inside, it’s spacious and airy, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large, air conditioned, and have good en suite bathrooms. It’s set on a south facing hillside with amazing views, about 30 minutes from Perugia airport. We had a great time here.

Rolando was so helpful when we were putting together a plan for local vineyards and restaurants to try. We had a really happy, memorable week. The house has a lovely feel, with dinner outside each evening as we watched the sunset, and the view over the beautiful Umbrian countryside was amazing.
