The shared kitchen was well stocked for coffee or a small meal, and there’s a lovely communal dining room. I stayed recently in the Verde room at Casa Cassandra, the green room shown in the photos. It was excellent, beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed, a fan for a gentle breeze, and my own bathroom down the hallway, with the green tiles shown in the pictures. Claudia was extremely helpful and informative. There are a few stairs inside leading up to the apartment, so people with mobility issues should know that. That’s to be expected in the beautiful Centro Historico. The location made it an easy walk to 1V November. Everything was perfect. I’d highly recommend staying here. Grazie Mille xx

Getting to old Perugia means dealing with steep roads and a tricky route up the hill. But once there, it’s quiet, quaint, and full of history, with awesome views.

We spent a weekend here for Eurochocolate and had a really pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a truly central location. A big thank you again to Claudia for being so helpful, kind, and friendly, she made the visit even nicer. Congratulations, and warm wishes from our group of five from Palermo (LIMA).
