It's a three-minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the little train that goes to Perugia's historical center. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the apartments were in great shape. The staff were polite, kind, and always willing to help. When we called about a problem with our booking information, they responded quickly and sorted it out fast. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Perugia.

The train station is very easy to reach from here, and the bus station is right beside it too. Getting to the city center on foot is a strenuous walk. The rooms are basic but good, though the B&B has no real soundproofing. You hear every key turning, door slamming, conversation, and street noise. People were arriving and leaving all night, and just after 1am someone even tried our door. Don't expect a good night's sleep.

We came as a couple with bikes, and the hosts were so helpful, even carrying our things upstairs. We could leave the bikes on the balcony. The shared bathroom stayed really clean, the place was clean overall, and the other guests we happened to meet were nice. There are about four rooms. The air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked well. Breakfast is very Italian: at a nearby bar you get one sweet pastry and a choice of coffee, like americano or cappuccino. It's authentic. The street outside is noisy, so keep that in mind, but the location is super practical, right at the exit of the train station. Great choice if you're watching your budget.

A clean, spacious apartment with a balcony, and a great base for visiting Perugia. It's right next to the train station, so it's easy to head elsewhere, and the mini metro beside the apartment takes you to the city center.
