The warm smiles, care with the details, and genuine welcome from the owners made our stay at B&B Le Terrazze even more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Donatella 😇 & Francesco 😇. Although the B&B is on the hills overlooking the city, you can park near the historic center and explore on foot. 🇹🇷CCA=:))🇹🇷

We spent three days here with our family, and the setting among greenery, with lovely views, made a great base for quickly reaching Umbria’s villages. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and had outdoor areas to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and full of homemade things, including Donatella’s yogurt, jams, cakes, and bread. Donatella and Francesco are warm, friendly hosts who clearly put real care and professionalism into the place. Francesco’s suggestions helped us discover some charming villages. We won’t forget this stay. Thanks for everything, Francesco and Donatella. We’ll be back!

We stayed over the June 1 long weekend in the hills around Perugia, surrounded by nature. Our two-room apartment was spacious, pleasant, very clean, and well cared for. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was generous, including for me as a celiac. Kids can keep busy with table football, bocce, and soccer. I can confirm that last one, I’m a kid! The owners gave us a warm welcome and some great tips, and we’re already thinking of coming back. The place is quiet but only a short walk from Perugia. Inside, the house was spotless, with a neat, fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a very comfortable bedroom. Even the sheets had that fresh-laundry smell. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with homemade bread and biscuits.

My husband booked this lovely B&B so I could take our daughters to Sunday City. Francesco and Donatella gave us a comfortable little apartment, not just a room, and it was impeccably clean, which I never take for granted. Their kindness, care, courtesy, and hospitality really stood out. This little piece of paradise deserves more than five stars.
