That spectacular view from our room was the only good part. The website said there was parking, including street parking, but there was neither. The public lot was several blocks away and meant taking multiple escalators, then walking steeply uphill with our luggage. When my father asked about the parking, the desk clerk was quite rude to him. The room smelled musty, and both the decor and bathrooms were old. We spent one night at Albergo Anna during a three-week trip around Italy, and it was easily our least favorite stop. I wouldn't recommend staying at Albergo Anna.

A very atmospheric, authentically Italian hotel right in the city center. The receptionist was really nice, and breakfast and coffee were good. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The hotel matched what its website described, and the location is convenient. It seems to be a converted flat, so the walls are paper thin and you should expect noise. It's on the third floor with no lift, so there are stairs to deal with.

Anna runs this budget hotel herself, and seems to live on site too. She's in her later years, which makes that all the more remarkable. The building is quaint, and the old-fashioned furniture, all mixed together, gave the place a homely feel that I liked. It isn't the Hilton, but I felt comfortable there. If you're driving, bring a very small car because the streets and parking spaces are tight.

The old town setting is beautiful. My room wasn't very modern, but it was comfortable, and breakfast was okay. The TV was small and the wifi wasn't very strong, though all in all the place wasn't bad.
