I booked this affordable room at the last minute for Sunday, so I could join the Perugia-Assisi Peace March. It was clean and well located, and I got a decent breakfast. The woman who welcomed me was friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. I'd gladly stay here again if I'm back in Perugia.

The owner was attentive to what we needed and careful about the little details and cleanliness. She was there for us from arrival through departure, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend it.
