Alberto is a kind, helpful host and had good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The house is roomy and comfortable, with unexpected art, and you feel at home straight away. It’s in the hills near Perugia, with wonderful views, a large infinity pool, and a pleasant terrace for long dinners, games, and drinks. Everything is well looked after, and it’s just the place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Breakfast outside, with a stunning view, was such a lovely start to the day. Alberto prepared it beautifully and also gave us a helpful introduction to the B&B and things to see in Perugia. The villa sits in the green hills, and the drive down into the valley toward the Umbrian capital is full of picturesque views. The setting is peaceful, and the pool is gorgeous and clearly well cared for. Definitely worth a visit.

We couldn't use the inviting pool because the weather was so cold and wet, which was a shame. We'll try again in August! It's a lovely place to relax, with kind, helpful owners and delicious homemade cakes at breakfast. Easy to get to Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. Highly recommended.
