I spent three weeks at Luca's place and really loved having breakfast out on the patio. The house was clean and had been restored with style, and Luca made me feel very welcome throughout. B&B Zocco is close to the Umbrian attractions and not too far from the centre of Perugia. I hope I can return soon.

Jacopo made us feel so welcome, and his professionalism and kindness were exceptional. The apartment has every comfort, with a comfortable bed and carefully made furnishings. I especially loved the bedside lamps. It’s meticulously looked after, and you can smell how clean it is as soon as you walk in. A delightful B&B, and I highly recommend it for a memorable, pleasant stay. Thank you for everything ♥️

The owner is always there when you need them, and the location makes it easy to get to different destinations. It’s clean and quiet, with the option to cook simple meals, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!
