We felt safe and well looked after throughout our fantastic family holiday. The staff were great with the kids, and the pool area was lovely.

Really good house. The rooms were very clean, and getting to the center was easy.

The properties are very nice and close to the center. They could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness and put at least one bottle of water in the fridges.

We found a beautiful, well-maintained apartment near Perugia's historic center, with all the services we needed. Having indoor car parking with a garage was a real bonus. If we come back to this area, this will be our go-to place.

For convenience, staying in the city center would be worth paying 30-40% more than the total price. The apartment itself is very nice and functional, but there's no shower tray with a floor drain. I imagine that with three people showering, the bathroom would become unusable. From the station, I'd take a taxi. Getting to the city center takes a while the first time. Once you know the way, it's a twenty-minute drive uphill and fifteen minutes back down.
