10/10
Daniele was a gracious host, and his lovely apartment gave us all the comfort and service we needed. It was excellent value and convenient for getting to the airport, trains, and Perugia. We found Ponti San Giovanni a welcoming base for exploring the area.

10/10
The room was large, with a standard-sized bathroom, and there was parking right in front. It was clean, had Wi-Fi, and breakfast was included. The staff were nice, and the location near Perugia was convenient. I’d put it around a 3-star hotel.

6/10
The staff are consistently welcoming and friendly. Every so often, though, differences in language make it hard to communicate.
