We had a great stay, and Mr. Mario, the B&B owner, was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice in a quiet area, good for relaxing, not far from the city center. The University for Foreigners of Perugia is just a few minutes away by car. Nearby are the old Perugia Polyclinic, called della Misericordia, a shopping center with good prices, a post office, bars, and other services.

Mr. Mario was kind, attentive, and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts, making it convenient for a family. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the center.

The apartment was clean and pleasant, and there was street parking. At €152 for two nights with insurance, it was among the better-priced options I could find, since Perugia doesn't seem to have many alternatives at those prices. Still, I was there because my partner was in hospital at a nearby clinic, not for a holiday, and in an emergency the basement room felt less than ideal, especially with two gates and barred windows. It could be better.

The apartment was kept in great shape, and the owner was warm and ready to help. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center. I’d recommend it.
