It's a 2 star hotel, so nothing fancy, but very reasonable. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good typical Italian continental spread. The location and scenery are beautiful, and the staff are lovely.

The views are outstanding, and the beds are really comfortable. Rooms are a little small but still spacious enough. The staff are very nice and attentive whenever we asked for favors. It's a good place to stay if you have a car to get into the city.

The grounds are pretty, and there's a lovely view across the valley. It's about a 40 minute walk to central Perugia. The hotel itself is simple, clean, and comfortable, but the friendly, helpful staff are what made it feel like a home away from home. If you've got a car, it's a great base for exploring Umbria.

I've stayed here four times now. The setting is lovely, and the staff are gracious, friendly, and helpful. We'll be back next year.

The rooms are simple, but the view is great and the staff are incredibly kind.
