Over 100 euros a night for a bed and breakfast that comes without breakfast, with flimsy towels and not even a bottle of water. Unbelievable. How are the reviews so good?

The apartments have been renovated recently and have everything you need, with a swimming pool to round things out. Paola and Daniele are always there to help and do what they can to make your holiday a success. It's close to the main roads for visiting Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, and other historic places, but far enough away from those roads to enjoy the quiet. Enjoy your holiday! Lovely host and exceptional accommodation. With weather at 35*, the pool is a must, and this place delivers.

We found a peaceful oasis a short distance from Perugia and the mini metro station. The apartments were clean and had an oven and dishwasher, and the owners were very kind. It's a safe place, surrounded by greenery, and dogs are welcome. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thanks to Mr. Daniele.

We spent four days there in August. The place was well kept, the hosts were very friendly, and it was quiet. Handy for visiting Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and more.
