DO NOT BOOK HERE. The apartment was still not ready until 5 hours after the advertised check-in time, and Giorgio, the property manager, was extremely rude and arrogant. I booked at 2pm, with check-in advertised from 3pm. I let them know I’d arrive sometime between 5 and 6pm, and I got there at 5:40pm. They said I couldn’t check in until 7pm because the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t see how that was my problem. If it wasn’t ready, they shouldn’t have advertised it as available. I’d been driving all day and needed to get into my accommodation when I reached Perugia. I’d paid for the place, so I shouldn’t have had to explain that. Giorgio just said 7pm. I asked him to cancel the booking and refund me so I could find somewhere else. He never replied, and then refused my refund request through booking.com. This was probably one of the worst accommodation booking experiences of my life. Luckily, booking.com will process the refund. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ACCOMMODATION READY, DON’T ADVERTISE IT.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment, and the host was lovely. It’s close to a Coop supermarket and handy for anyone wanting to stay near the train station in Perugia. It also makes a great base for trips to Assisi, Spello, and Spoleto. I’d come back if I visit Perugia again.

Giorgio was an absolute saint, easily the kindest, loveliest host I've met in all my travels over the past couple of years. The modern, clean rooms are near the train station and even closer to the mini metro. I'd come back 100% next time I'm in Perugia.

We spent five days at Le Torri Apartment with friends, and the helpful owner, Giorgio, made a big difference. He was easy to reach whenever we needed something. The apartment had everything necessary, and its location was handy: near the railway station and a Coop supermarket, with the mini metro to the old city center just a 2-3 minute walk away. It was a great choice for both the apartment and the communication with Giorgio, and I'd stay there again on another visit to Perugia.

The host suggested lots of nice places to visit. The modern apartment is in a condominium near the city center, with one bedroom, a living room sofa, and a balcony.
