The fries weren't even on the menu, but the restaurant did their best when I ordered steak, fries, and ketchup for room service on the second night. They tasted like my mom's homemade ones, really lovely. My room was quiet, spotless, and had a bed so comfortable I slept better than I had in ages. I was sorry to leave after two nights. The hotel interior was beautiful, too. I arrived late on the first night, hungry and not feeling well. Even though the kitchen was closed, the receptionist made me a sandwich and brought some fruit. That kindness made me feel much better. The staff were lovely and happily accommodated my requests.

We were a golfing group visiting the nearby beautiful course at Antognolla. The hotel is just outside Perugia, with plenty of free parking, and I'd stay there again when visiting Perugia and Antognolla Golf. The breakfast was very good. On our last day we had an early tee time, but because it was the weekend breakfast officially started at 7:30 instead of the 7:00 time we needed. The staff let us start while they were still setting things up and apologized. That was real customer service and friendliness. The hotel is nicely decorated, and our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom, shower, and towels were excellent.

The one drawback was the location near a main road, though it didn't spoil our stay. The pool and outdoor areas were wonderful, and we loved the private spa, which made things feel a bit more special. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Relais dell'olmo was beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. The staff were all great, especially Andrea, who was kind and so helpful. Breakfast had a great selection.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's private parking. Rooms are modern, clean, well equipped, and have excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is very good for an Italian hotel. The small spa can be booked for private use, which was lovely. The outdoor pool was clean and well cared for, with a good bar service bringing drinks and snacks to the pool. You do have to wear a swimming cap in the water, available to buy at reception, and there's a charge to hire a beach towel if you don't bring your own. There's no restaurant, but a nice Osteria is right next door.

I only booked it as a place to sleep between a visit to another place and a wedding. The location seemed odd for a hotel, but a short walk got us to good value food. The hotel was great, with very friendly and helpful staff. The woman at reception was always smiling and accommodating, happy to suggest local restaurants for dinner. She could also get you a taxi to wherever you needed to go in 10 minutes or less.
