The place is beautiful and very well cared for. We were welcomed warmly, and the staff were attentive throughout. Definitely recommend it.

We were able to bring our dog even though we asked at the last minute, and they quickly set up a crib for free. Our room was clean and quiet enough for the little one to sleep peacefully. The staff were friendly and easy to reach, and the owners were kind and punctual. Breakfast was fantastic, too. The property is a former cardinal's house in the Umbrian countryside. At the right time of year, you can smell fresh olive oil in the air. I recommend buying some of their olive oil.

Luciano and his daughter Serena made us feel so looked after. They shared useful tips and stories about the area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place itself is welcoming, clean, tidy, and comfortable, set in the green Umbrian countryside just a few kilometers from Perugia. Well worth a visit, and I’d happily return again and again.
