For exploring Umbria, this countryside house is in just the right spot. It's beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature, with lovely attention to detail throughout. The rooms are spacious and have a nice terrace, the internet is free and works very well, and there's secure parking on the property at no charge. Michele was an excellent host, full of helpful information and always ready to make our stay pleasant. The house was very clean and simply amazing. I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Michele, the owner, was very kind, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

The room was clean, had a large balcony, and the villa provided a good, generous breakfast. We stayed one night at this beautiful Villa in Perugia. The owners were kind, and parking is available inside the villa. On arrival, the very kind owner greeted us and handed over the keys for the gate and room door, along with the remote for the outer gate. Recommended!

We had a really relaxing stay at this lovely villa in the hills, just minutes from Perugia. The spacious, comfortable rooms were very clean, and the terrace off the room had a magnificent view. Michele, the owner, was kind and helpful. I hope I can return soon!

The owners were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The rooms are spotless and really spacious, and the setting is lovely. In summer I enjoyed breakfast on the porch beside the olive trees; out of season it’s served indoors just a few steps from the room. Either way, those croissants are delicious.
