Breakfast was far better than I expected, and the house itself is spacious, lovely, and really clean. Stefania is so genuine and makes you feel at home. I had such a nice stay and will come back next time I'm in Pesaro. I'd recommend it to anyone staying here :)

The hills nearby are a real bonus if you're into hiking, cycling, or motorbikes, and Sunday mornings seem to be for non-motorized traffic. The city center is still an easy enough walk, with plenty of great places to visit. We liked being on this side of the canal, near a less touristy beach and some good restaurants. Stefania is super friendly and helpful, the house is beautiful, and the whole place has a relaxed feel. Hope we can come back.

The room was clean, roomy, and lovely, and the host made us feel very welcome. The location wasn't ideal for us, but having free bikes meant we could get around quickly. Breakfast was included too. I'd definitely recommend it.

The house has such a warm, welcoming feel, and the rooms are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay, especially with Stefania being such a good hostess and making it even better. Breakfast was good too. We'll surely be back soon!

We stayed here for the 2017 and 2018 MOTO GP and the location was perfect. It was a 30-minute drive to the track and about a 10-minute walk to town or the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to coming again.
