I couldn't have picked a better place for the long May 1st weekend. The apartment is bright and spacious, well furnished, and has everything you need. There’s a roomy living area with a table, comfortable sofas, and a smart TV, plus two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub. The rooms were very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, and the garage option is a real plus. Special thanks to the very kind, helpful owner, who had cold water in the fridge as well as coffee and tea bags ready for us when we arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

On the second floor, with an elevator, this apartment has three bedrooms and a large living and dining room with a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to eight people. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, dual-zone built-in air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. We couldn't connect a smartphone or laptop to the TV. Super.

What a great apartment! It was spacious, clean, well organized, and everything was good quality. The beds were wonderful. We were close enough to the center that we didn't even use the car to get around. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

We spent Christmas here with eight people, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Casa Gramsci is right in the center of Pesaro, so we could walk everywhere and find what we needed. Having a parking space was essential, since nearby free parking can be hard to find. The house was beautiful, elegant, and spacious, with everything already provided: washing machine and supplies, clothesline, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker with complimentary capsules, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. We only needed a suitcase with a few changes of clothes. It made for a peaceful, worry-free vacation without having to bring much. If we come back to Pesaro, this will definitely be our choice. Thank you.

My daughter booked our weekend stay, so I didn't know what to expect. Walking in was a wonderful surprise. The apartment was beautiful, modern, and welcoming, with lovely furnishings, great cleanliness, and a good location. Everything was perfect, honestly a 10 out of 10. I couldn't find a single flaw.
