Really good!

I’ve been living in this residence for the last three weeks while sorting out a move, in a studio on the fourth and top floor. The owner, Letizia, deserves a special thank you. She’s lovely, helpful, and very considerate, and stepped in to meet my needs during a difficult time. The location is quiet, right by the sea and city center, with good public transport. There’s free street parking for cars and motorbikes, and a supermarket just steps away. Inside, the building and apartments are very clean and well furnished. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, a fridge, and everything needed. The studio is bright, has a sea view, and is roomy enough for two. Bed linen and towels are available on request and included in the price. There’s a shared indoor space for storing bikes and a coin-operated laundry. Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and water are included, and prices are affordable compared with the area. Everything was perfect for me. I highly recommend it, even for families. My family and I have just come back from our second stay here. The location is handy for the beach, town center, and supermarket, and I think the value is excellent for the services provided. Mrs. Letizia, who’s in charge, is welcoming, extremely kind, professional, and discreet. We hope to come back soon.
